Shipping policy
NIIMBOT.CH is operated by DNA UK Imports Ltd, the authorised NIIMBOT distributor for Switzerland. Orders are shipped from our Swiss warehouse at Mooswiesstrasse 66, 9200 Gossau, Switzerland.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).
Delivery within Switzerland
- Swiss Post Delivery: CHF 4.95, free on orders of CHF 50.00 or more
- Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
Delivery to the European Union
- Swiss Post International: EUR 9.95, free on orders of EUR 50.00 or more
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Customs fees and import duties may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the customer
The order value is the total of the products in your basket after any discounts, including VAT. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
